Terms & Conditions


Devotees who avail the online booking facility must book the vazhipadu at least 5 days prior to the intended date of performance. By proceeding, the devotee agrees to this condition.

Devaswom will collect applicable service charges for online bookings, including postal charges for Poovu and Chandanam where applicable.

Due to unforeseen circumstances or reasons beyond the control of Devaswom, if the vazhipadu cannot be conducted, the amount remitted by the devotee will not be refunded.

Once the devotee offers the vazhipadu to the Deity through the online facility, the offering is considered a non-reclaimable transfer to Paramekkav Devaswom, and the devotee is not entitled to any claim or refund.


Prasadam Collection

  • Vazhipadu prasadams can be collected directly from the Temple as per its customs and timings displayed on the official website.
  • The devotee must produce the booking receipt at the Temple counter and follow the instructions provided for collecting the prasadam.
  • If postal delivery is selected, only Chandanam and Poovu will be sent to the address provided during booking.
  • Devaswom will not be responsible for any delivery failures or postal delays.

Devotee Responsibilities

  • The devotee agrees to provide current, complete, and accurate information while registering for online booking.
  • Devaswom is not responsible if incorrect or third-party information is provided.

Service & Dispute Policy

  • All poojas listed on the website will be conducted according to the customs and traditions of the Temple.
  • Devaswom does not solicit or canvass devotees for conducting vazhipadu. The online system is only a facilitation service.
  • Devaswom is not responsible for technical disputes or transaction failures arising from banking or internet issues.
  • If the payment amount is debited from the devotee’s account but the transaction fails due to internet issues, reconciliation will be handled by Devaswom.

Legal & Jurisdiction

Devaswom is not interested in engaging in disputes. However, if any dispute arises, only the laws prevailing in India shall apply. These terms apply to devotees in India and abroad. Vazhipadu is conducted as per Hindu faith and belief.

Modification Policy

Once the vazhipadu is booked, the devotee cannot change the date or the item of vazhipadu.
