As per Paramekkav Devaswom Temple rules, devotees will not be able to cancel a pooja booking once it is made. However, the Temple authorities will be happy to discuss alternate measures or possible changes to the booking and do the needful to the devotee’s satisfaction. Issues While Paying Online

• In cases where the devotee has made the payment and the amount is debited from the devotee’s account but the transaction is not completed and/or no confirmation email is received, the amount will be refunded within 4–5 working days.

After Successful Booking

• Once the booking is successfully completed, Temple authorities will perform the pooja or service on the requested date with the details provided.
• As per Temple rules, devotees will not be able to cancel the booking or request a refund.
• However, the Temple will be willing to discuss alternate measures or changes to the booking to the devotee’s satisfaction wherever possible.
• Devotees are requested to contact the Temple directly using the phone numbers provided for support.

After Puja Completion

• Paramekkav Devaswom Temple will update the devotee via email regarding the pooja status.
• Prasadam or offerings will be sent to the devotee if requested and paid for.
• Once the pooja is completed, the Temple will not be able to postpone, refund, or cancel the booking under any circumstances.
